  • Yes, through Headway I am currently in-network with:

    - Aetna
    - Anthem Blue Cross California
    - Blue Shield of California
    - Carelon Behavioral Health
    - Cigna
    - Quest Behavioral Health

    If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • If I don’t take your insurance, I charge $180 per individual session for private pay.

    I offer sliding scale rates upon inquiry.

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.

  • Individual sessions typically range from 50-55 minutes.

  • I offer sessions Mondays to Fridays.

    Inquire further for specific availability as that can vary depending on my current caseload.

  • You will receive instructions prior to the session on how to access tele-health.

    You will need access to a computer or mobile device, internet connection, and a private space for the session.
